expressions of children and imaginary animals.
Biography
Although she has worked in corporate
finance and library science, Carmen Olson's artistic "right brain"
has always focused on children's illustrations, greeting cards and
portraits. |
Carmen is a member of the Children's Book Illustrators Guild and the
Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators, and is contracted
for pieces through art fairs, exhibits, personal contacts and her
web site guests. She hopes that her illustrations will stir viewers
to imagine, remember, relate and smile.
Carmen lives in Mahtomedi, MN with her husband Steve, their sons Garrett and
Forrest, Nuisance the polydactyl Cat and her many fish friends.
