Biography
Trained at the Beatrix Potter School of Watercolor Wizardry (OK! That's a joke!)...
But all that follows is true! Hidden in the backroom of the Pitt-Rivers Museum of Antiquities just down the street from Trinity College, Oxford University is where she studied British Literature.

Ms Dean also holds a BA in Studio Art from Smith College, an AA in Graphic Illustration and has studied woodcut with Master Antonio Frasconi. Dean was also trained from the cradle to be an illustrator by her semi-famous mother, comic book artist
Vee Quintal Pearson (Heroes All!)

Formerly, Robyn Dean broke into the ranks of Children's Books via the majestic life as a magazine illustrator.

Her moody black and white line drawings of leaping fish and white tailed deer graced the pages of such weighty publications as: Bowhunting Magazine, Snowmobile World and the now-defunct Fins & Feathers Magazine.

Most recently Robyn Dean has painted sets for the award winning children's stage and television production of Fern & Chipmunk Charlie's Fern, the Stars, and Planets, (endorsed by both Graceland and Oprah!).

Currently Ms Dean is writing her first novel that is intended to rock the art world.
