Biography
Collette received her B.S. in Recreation and Helping Services from St. Cloud State University, and received a certificate in Holistic Health Studies from the College of St. Catherine.

She began studying Sumi-e painting in 1988 and has been teaching Sumi-e for the past 15 years. She is nationally recognized by the Sumi-e Society of America and is the president of the Ming Chiao Society.

Her art is part of a permanent collection at the Edina Art Center where she is also a member.
