Biography Gabriel has lived on both coasts, and ended up in the middle, after studying at the Art Student's League in New York City, and earning her MFA in Illustration at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She has illustrated children's books & games, painted murals, portraits, stage sets, and fine art for sale and commission. She lives with her family in Minneapolis, and still judges books by their covers.
