Bio:
Colleen has been drawing and painting her entire life.  She has taken classes at Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Carrie Hartman's Studio, Minneapolis Community College and Banifill Locke Center For The Arts.

After raising two very creative, inspiring girls, Colleen decided to take her own advice and do what she loves....draw!  Colleen lives in Minnesota with her husband, 3 cats

and 3 dogs.  Mikko the newest addition to the family is often inspiration for many of the "naughty" puppy images you see in her work.

Colleen is a member of The Society Of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and The Children's Book Illustrators Guild of Minnesota.
